Seagulls Over Burwash is an Official Supporters club of Brighton & Hove Albion. We are generally supporters living in and around Burwash, North East of East Sussex, to watch our beloved Brighton & Hove Albion.
Established in 2010, the supporters wanted to find a sustainable way to get to the newly built American Express Community Stadium.

We operate two coaches from Hurst Green. One of the best things about being part of Seagulls Over Burwash is travelling to the Amex together. Whether you're a regular or coming along for the first time, our supporters' coaches will get you to and from our local Premier League Club hassle-free.
We also organise meetings and invite speakers from the club, such as Tony Bloom, Paul Barber OBE, Zoe Johnson, and others who will interest our members, such as Kieran Maguire, author of The Price of Football.

And another European Tour gets underway, well after a trip into the Arctic Circle and Tromso that is. A quick summing up of that trip, expensive. But who'd have thought we would ever get to see our club playing in the most northern football ground in the world.
And so to Prague. Wizz Air from Gatwick on the Monday and a few others are on our plane, all wearing the colours with pride. The odd call of 'Seagulls' is heard. Bus and Tram into the town centre and settle into the Ibis, no wait the beer is cheap and there is a brewery over the road. Tuesday & Wednesday were spent enjoying the sights of the town, lots of history around. The Wednesday evening fan meet up was in an Irish Bar, why I don't know but general opinion is that this was one of the best meet ups ever. The singing went on late into the night well after an old man was tucked up in bed.
And then comes the day of the match, pick up a bracelet for coach travel and we're off to Jablonec. A fan zone has been set up in the town square with cheap beer and bites to eat, the small town were ready for us. But it was a bit too chilli to sit outside. A Pizza Restaurant had cheap pizzas, the bars welcomed us with open arms, and I don't think anyone increased their prices. I ended up in a small bar run by an old couple, along with 50+ other Albion fans. Seeing them queue up at the bar in an orderly fashion made the bar owner laugh. This was followed by a similar queue to the toilet.
After a good couple or three, we marched off to the ground, simple police escort nothing bad, just a presence.
Sadly the match didn't live up to all the expectations, a dull 0:0 draw. Back on the 12 coaches and a police escort to Prague. At our drop off the locals must have wondered what was going on as 500 Albion fans made their way to the Irish Pub that holds a lot less than that. For me it was back to the Ibis where suddenly the bar was full of Albion fans. This may be a long night.....
The Friday EasyJet flight was full of Albion, along with a handful getting the Manchester flight and onwards to Liverpool, oh to be young again.
Overall Prague was a very nice place but not somewhere on my radar as a 'must visit', but with a cheap flight and hotel it would be a nice weekend away.
Next up, Madrid.
